To make this drink you will only need two things –

1) Cinnamon and

2) Cumin seed

How to prepare :

  • Take 100 grams cumin seeds and 100 grams of cinnamon, roast it for 2 to 3 minutes on the pan.
  • After roasting, grind these two things in a grinder and make their powder.
  • Now add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon of cumin powder in a glass of hot water.
  • Mix these two things well with water and your weight loss drink is ready . If you want taste , then 1 teaspoon of honey can also be added to it.
